In class, we will honor the sacred space of inner pleasure and what we need to feel safe. 

Inner bliss is a blessing we all can learn to enjoy and embody. Early body-psychotherapists called inner pleasure orgiastic energy. Often, there are inner beliefs or criticisms that prevent us from tapping into our innate orgiastic energy. If we develop an “observer mind,” we can begin to identify what is holding back this energetic resonance and what we do in our bodies and minds to restrict it. We can also establish how to ground and integrate pleasure impulses as a regular part of daily joy.  We will explore Bioenergetic and movement practices to compassionately approach our patterns, what happens in our body to restrict or flow with how we feel, and how to ground through integrating current day desires.

In the process we update our boundaries by identifying and expressing both our NOs and our YESes. In this clarity, we empower our brain and body to unify in being present with the healing inner pleasure of orgasmic energy through meditative movement. Our awakened senses cultivate a deeper trust in our inner wisdom. Soma pleasure becomes a gateway for empowering energetic potency and affirming what we want in our lives.
